Carol'S White Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. white wine
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in flour.
    Slowly blend in wine and lemon juice, along with chicken broth.
    When thickened and smooth, remove from heat and slowly stir in cream.
    Season to taste.
    Good served over Chicken Cordon Bleu.
