Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, soft
2/3 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
5 c. bread cubes (cinnamon raisin bread works well)
Preparation

Beat margarine, sugar and cinnamon on medium speed for about 1 minute.
Slowly add the eggs and hot milk.
Fold in the bread cubes and raisins and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 3-inch glass baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is light brown and the center is moist but not runny.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
