English Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. English muffins
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    6 chopped green onions and/or black olives
    6 strips crushed bacon, cooked or ham
Preparation
    Split and lightly toast English muffins.
    Place muffins on cookie sheet.
    Mix cheese, mayonnaise and onions or olives and spread on muffins.
    Sprinkle tops with bacon.
    Brown under broiler.
    Quarter muffins and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.
