Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. green peppers, chopped or 2 c. diced green chilies (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together and put in a 3-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
