Barbecue Chuck Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast (1 1/2 to 2-inch thick)
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of roast with meat tenderizer and place in a shallow baking dish.
