Poke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. poke salad, cooked
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 or 4 eggs
Preparation
    Pick poke salad greens.
    Clean greens.
    Cook until tender in a saucepan.
    Heat oil in a skillet; drain off water and add greens to skillet.
    Add salt and eggs when water has cooked away.
    Stir until the eggs have cooked.
