Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and shape into a round ball.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bring back to room temperature before rolling out on floured wax paper.
    Bake and cool before adding filling.
