Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
cinnamon cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans or one 9 x 13-inch.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in zucchini and vanilla.
Mix well. Alternate adding flour and milk, beginning and ending with flour, 1/3 at a time.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake until tester comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
Turn onto wire racks.
Fill and frost top with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
