Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour
pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. Beat eggs in a bowl, gradually blend in sugar. Add flour and salt, then combine with chocolate mixture. Pour into an ungreased 8 inch pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool, then freeze. This pie does not require thawing before serving. Freezes beautifully, no hostess should be without one in the freezer at all times. Yield: 6 servings. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
