Lamb And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms, washed and cut
    1 lb. lamb, cubed
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, crushed (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add meat and brown.
    Cover with water and add seasonings.
    Simmer until meat is cooked.
    Add cut mushrooms to meat and continue cooking for a few minutes until mushrooms are done.
    Serve with rice.
