Economy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 medium onion
2 1/2 c. tomatoes (No. 2 can)
2 Tbsp. fat
8 hot dogs
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook noodles and add salt.
Brown onions in fat and cool.
Add tomatoes; simmer for 10 minutes.
Arrange 1/3 of noodles in a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with 3 hot dogs.
Add a layer of noodles, 3 more hot dogs and another layer of noodles. Add 2 hot dogs on top.
Pour sauce over noodles and hot dogs. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
