Snappy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. apple juice
    2 c. chopped apples
    1/4 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add apple juice, chill until slightly thickened.
    Add apples and celery.
    Chill until set. Serves 12.
