Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cut the eggplant in thick slices, carefully paring each piece. Throw it in salt and water.
    Let it remain there several hours. Take from the water; drain and wipe, then butter the slices of eggplant, dip in beaten egg, then in grated cracker and fry a light brown.
    Pepper.
    Grate more cracker over them and serve.
