Barbecued Polish Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 lb. Polish sausage
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
-
Cook onion in hot fat until golden brown.
Combine remaining ingredients except sausage and add to onions.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Slice sausage and add to sauce.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
