Crepes Ala Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 c. mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 lb. crabmeat (out of shell) or 2 pkg. frozen Wakefield snow crabmeat at any supermarket
    8 crepes (make from your favorite recipe)
Preparation
    If frozen, thaw crabmeat first.
