Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. Crisco oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 large McIntosh apples, diced
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Stir all together in a large bowl.
Put in a 14-inch ring pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
