Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. diced pimiento
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 bag frozen hash browns (32 oz.)
    2 cans cream of celery soup (10 3/4 oz. each)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and Parmesan cheese. Stir in potatoes, then spread in ungreased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch or 3-quart casserole).
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    (Eight cups of cubed potatoes can be substituted for the frozen potatoes.)
