Cheryl Jensen'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine with sugar and salt in water (melt margarine with minimal heat--hot tap water is okay).
    Cool if necessary.
    Add yeast and dissolve.
    Let mixture stand 15 minutes.
    Add beaten eggs, baking powder and flour; mix well.
    Let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour until doubled.
    Form balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bottom is light brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Bake 1 tray at a time.
    Makes 42 rolls.
    These rolls are extremely light.
