Country Ham With Red Eye Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ham
    1/3 c. black coffee
Preparation
    Fry ham until done.
    Take ham out of pan then put black coffee into the hot grease in bowl.
    Stir around. Put sugar on after you get gravy onto plate.
    Sop with hot biscuit or Grandma's hot hoecake, made like biscuit dough, poured in a big black frying pan and baked in oven.
