Low Country Shrimp Boil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Old Bay shrimp spice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lemon, quartered
    4 c. water
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    6 to 8 corn-on-the-cob (optional)
    1 lb. smoked sausage, quartered
    6 to 8 potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add shrimp spice, garlic, salt and lemon; mix. Keep on rapid boil.
    Add potatoes and sausage; cook until done, then add corn.
    Last, add shrimp.
    Cook for about 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat; drain water.
    Serve.
