Grilled Steak Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin (1-inch thick)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cut steak crosswise into 3 x 1/8-inch strips when partially frozen.
    Combine ingredients in freezer bag.
    Add steak. Refrigerate 3 to 24 hours.
    Turn and squeeze several times while marinating.
    Thread steak on 4 skewers.
    Grill.
    Makes 4 servings.
