Tuna Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (7 oz.) cans tuna
1 raw egg
1 hard-cooked egg, mashed to a paste
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tsp. chopped pimento
4 tsp. chopped green pepper, parboiled for 3 to 4 minutes
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise, thinned with 2 Tbsp. cream for topping
paprika for garnish
Preparation

Separate tuna meat.
Combine with eggs, bread crumbs, pimento, green pepper, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and butter.
