Special Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. lard (1 lb.)
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vinegar
    cold milk
Preparation
    Blend together flour, salt and lard until particles are the size of small peas.
    Beat egg in an 8 ounce measuring cup.
    Add vinegar and mix well, then fill remainder of cup with cold milk. Mix with flour mixture.
