Hot Cracker Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 oz. chopped dried beef
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream, onion, dried beef, milk and green pepper.
    Spread in a pie plate.
    Saute pecans in the butter, then spread on top of mixture in pie plate.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with crackers or Fritos.
    May be prepared a day ahead and baked later.
