Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, cubed
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press into bottom and halfway up sides of 9-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating until blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave door ajar for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
When serving, top with desired topping such as cherries or strawberries.
