Italian Sausage And Bean Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into about 1/4-inch pieces
2 tsp. olive oil
2 medium onions, peeled and quartered
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
3 1/2 c. hot water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 1/2 pasta shells
1 (18 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Preparation

Brown sausage in oil with onions. Add tomatoes (with juices) and break or cut them into large pieces. Add water, bouillon, sugar, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper. Add beans.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
