Pool Hall Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, grated
    1 gal. cabbage, grated
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 pt. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Bring ingredients to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
    Pack in hot jars and seal.
