Ingredients

1 deep-dish pie crust shell
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 small (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 stick melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, coconut and milk.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Do not beat.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
