Orecchiette With Broccoli(Little Ears) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. (400 g) Orecchiette (No. 305) \"La Molisana\"
    1 lb. 12 oz. broccoli
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1 garlic clove
    6 anchovy fillets in olive oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Clean and wash the broccoli, having care to discard parts that are not tender.
    Cook them in boiling, salted water for about 20 minutes.
    Drain well; cover to keep warm.
    Heat the oil in a saucepan.
    Add the chopped garlic and the finely chopped anchovy.
