Tortellini And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
1 pkg. frozen green peas
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 pkg. fresh spinach
1 doz. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. Italian dressing
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Bring large pot of water to boil.
Stir in tortellini and follow directions on package.
Stir in peas and boil per directions.
Drain and cool under cold running water.
Drain well and place in serving bowl.
Sprinkle with olive oil, toss, cover and refrigerate until next day.
