Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. steak, cut into 1/8-inch strips
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Pour over steak in crock-pot for 4 to 7 hours. Pour over noodles or rice.
