California Chicken(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 chicken breasts, split and skinned
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Dredge chicken in mixture.
    Brown chicken in margarine in skillet.
    Place in baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for one hour.
    Baste every 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings at 322 calories each.
