Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. sliced apples
    1 c. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
Preparation
    Use 6 x 10-inch greased pan.
    Put 5 to 6 cups sliced apples in pan.
    Mix together rest of ingredients with fork until crumbly. Pour over apples.
    Melt 1/3 cup butter and pour over mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
