Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3/4 c. Crisco
8 to 9 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar
8 to 10 small to medium tart apples
2 tsp. sugar per each apple
cinnamon
pat of margarine
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Crust:
Cut Crisco into flour; add cold water and vinegar. Divide in half and roll out; cut into fourths.
Peel and slice apple onto each piece; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.
Add pat of butter.
Fold up and pinch together.
Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a pan (or bowl for microwave) melt together next 4 ingredients and pour over top.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
