Virginia'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas (12)
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 medium cans Ranch Style beans
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup (according to taste)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, or 16 oz. stewed tomatoes (according to taste)
Preparation
    Line a 10 x 14-inch baking pan with 6 tortillas.
    Add beef which has been browned with onions and seasoned with chili powder. Spread over beef mixture the cans of beans with juice.
    Place sliced cheese over this; cover with remaining 6 tortillas.
    Cover tortillas with mixture of soup and tomatoes.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
