Dietetic Smackaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    artificial sweetener to equal 16 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    1/8 c. unsweetened coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff, but not dry. Blend in flour, artificial sweetener, almond extract, cereal and coconut.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Yields 24 cookies.
