Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together and form into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
