Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add oil, eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add sour milk; mix well.
Add dry ingredients; beat well. Stir in zucchini.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on top 1 cup miniature chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
