Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. bacon or sausage, fried or browned until crisp and then drained on paper towel
    1 c. mayonnaise (must use mayonnaise)
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    pepper to taste
    chives to taste
Preparation
    Mix soup, mushrooms, pimentos, mayonnaise and seasonings. Layer alternately with hard-boiled eggs, bacon (or sausage) in a 3-quart casserole.
    End with sauce on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
    Serve with fried apples and hot biscuits.
