Chunky Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. Tang (dry)
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges
3 to 4 bananas, depending on size
Preparation

Mix Tang and pudding together in large mixing bowl.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice, and measure to make 1 cup.
If pineapple did not have enough juice, finish with juice from drained mandarin oranges.
Add juice to pudding and Tang mixture.
Beat with rotary beater until it thickens (about a minute or 2).
Add drained pineapple and oranges.
Cut bananas into 1-inch chunks and add to other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
