Honey Ginger Carrots - cooking recipe

1 lb. carrots, cut lengthwise in 3 x 3/8-inch strips
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
6 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat carrots and water to boiling in a 12-inch skillet; reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Drain and remove carrots.
Stir in butter, honey, lemon juice, ginger and salt; heat until bubbly.
Add carrots and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally until carrots are glazed, about 5 minutes.
