Blue Cheese-Bacon Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 medium baked potatoes
 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. oleo
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Preparation
- 
                            Cut baked potatoes length-wise.
 
Scoop out and mash; beat with electric mixer until smooth with all other ingredients.
Fill shells and rebake 15 minutes or until heated throughout.
Top with bacon.
