Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. zucchini
2 onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. carrots, grated
1 3/4 sticks oleo
18 oz. stuffing mix
Preparation

Boil together zucchini\tand
onions.
Mash zucchini and drain for 3 hours.
Mix
together
cream of chicken soup, sour cream and carrots, then
refrigerate.
Melt
together oleo and stuffing mix. Mix together
zucchini and soup mixture.
In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer 1/2 stuffing mixture, zucchini mixture and remaining stuffing mixture.
Bake
in
a
350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
