Eclair Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Boil water and butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Add flour and beat with wooden spoon.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each egg is added.
    When mixture is smooth, spoon onto a 14-inch pizza pan making a circle.
    Bake on middle oven rack for 45 minutes at 400\u00b0. When cool, slice on the horizontal.
