Easy Mushroom Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 (6 to 8 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    5 Tbsp. oil, divided
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links, sliced and cooked
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    2/3 c. milk
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Drain canned mushrooms; set aside.
    Heat 4 tablespoons oil in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
    In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add onion and green pepper and saute for 3 minutes.
    Combine half of sauce and half of sauteed mushrooms with the onion and pepper in skillet.
    Set aside.
