Manhattan Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg (not chuck or round, too dry)
    2 onions, chopped fine
    2 green peppers, chopped fine
    1 c. beef broth
    salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
    flour and water, for thickening
Preparation
    Brown in heavy pan hamburg, onions and peppers; add other ingredients.
    Set aside.
    Make a biscuit dough (as light as possible).
    Roll out to 1-inch thickness.
    Put meat topping on dough roll (like jellyroll) and clip edges together and put on cookie sheet.
    Cover with Lipton dry onion soup).
    Bake at 350\u00b0. Test often.
    Cut in slices and cover each piece with gravy.
    Serve with baked potato and green vegetable.
