Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk (skim, low-fat, regular)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. plain natural yogurt (room temperature)
Preparation
    Microwave Cooking:
    Place milk in a 1-quart casserole. Microwave on High (100%) for 5 to 6 minutes or to an internal temperature of 180\u00b0.
    Allow milk to cool in refrigerator for 30 to 35 minutes or until the internal temperature drops to 106\u00b0 to 110\u00b0.
