Sweetheart Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg white, well beaten
Preparation
    Boil sugar, syrup and water until it forms a
    hard (clinking) ball when dropped in a cup of cold water.
    Add to egg white (well beaten) slowly and beat until ready to pour.
    Pour on greased pan.
