Texas Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation

Bring to a boil oil, water and cocoa.
Remove from heat; cool a little.
Add eggs, sugar, salt, soda and vanilla.
Mix real well. Add flour and beat real well.
Mix in sour cream last, by hand. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
