My Mom'S Fritto Vuoto(Empty Fritters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs and set aside.
    Melt butter in boiling water.
    Add salt.
    When butter is completely melted, add eggs and flour.
    Stir until well blended.
    Cool.
    Form in balls 1 to 1 1/2-inches.
    Fry in deep fat until golden brown. These can be eaten plain or in spaghetti sauce. Delicious!
